खालील विधाने पहा : (a) लोकसभेमध्ये पारित न झालेले, परंतु राज्यसभेत प्रलंबित असलेले विधेयक, लोकसभा विसर्जित झाल्यास व्यपगत होते. (b) सदने स्थगित झाल्यास संसदेतील प्रलंबित विधेयके व्यपगत होतात. वरीलपैकी कोणते/ती विधान/ने बरोबर आहे/त?
(a)लोकसभेमध्ये पारित न झालेले, परंतु राज्यसभेत प्रलंबित असलेले विधेयक, लोकसभा विसर्जित झाल्यास व्यपगत होते.
(b)सदने स्थगित झाल्यास संसदेतील प्रलंबित विधेयके व्यपगत होतात.
A bill pending in the Rajya Sabha which has not been passed by the Lok Sabha does NOT lapse on the dissolution of the Lok Sabha. Also, mere adjournment of a house does not cause bills to lapse.
