(a)घटना समिती (कॉन्स्टिट्युएन्ट असेम्ब्ली) नंतर विधान समिती (लेजिस्लेटिव्ह असेम्ब्ली) बनली जिचे पुढे रूपांतर तात्पुरत्या / हंगामी संसदेत (पार्लमेंट मधे) झाले. The Constituent Assembly turned into Legislative Assembly which got transformed into Provisional Parliament of India.
(b)ज्या दिवशी घटनेवर सह्या होत होत्या त्या दिवशी बाहेर पावसाची रिमझिम चालू होती जो एक शकुन मानला गेला. On the day the Constitution was being signed it was drizzling outside and it was interpreted as a sign of good omen.
Both statements are historically correct. The Constituent Assembly indeed became the Provisional Parliament, and historical accounts note light rain on the day the Constitution was signed, considered an auspicious sign.
