Statement 'B': Through Short Waves, Scattering and Reflection process of the air molecules, heat is transferred by the small dust particles, clouds and earth's surface in the space.

Albedo is the proportion of solar radiation reflected by the Earth's surface and atmosphere (about 35% is reflected/scattered back to space directly). Statement B correctly explains the mechanism of reflection and scattering via short waves.
