If Akshay takes a days, Kabir takes a - 10: 1/a + 1/(a - 10) = 1/12 gives a = 30 (1/30 + 1/20 = 1/12). Satyam takes 45 days. Together Akshay and Satyam do 1/30 + 1/45 = 1/18 per day, so 18 days.
