Which of the provisions given above is not correct ?

(b)भारतीय राज्यघटना अनुच्छेद 20 (2) नुसार कोणत्याही व्यक्तिवर एकाच गुन्ह्यासाठी एकापेक्षा अधिकवेळा खटला चालविला जाणार नाही आणि एकापेक्षा अधिकवेळा शिक्षा दिली जाणार नाही.
