(a)भारतीय राज्यघटनेचे अनुच्छेद 2 हे भारतीय संघराज्याचा भाग नसलेल्या भू प्रदेशाचा समावेश अथवा त्याची नवीन राज्यांमध्ये स्थापना यासंबंधी आहे. / Article 2 of the Indian Constitution relates to admission or establishment of new States which are not part of the Union of India.
(b)भारतीय राज्यघटनेचे अनुच्छेद 3 हे अस्तित्वात असलेल्या केन्द्रशासित प्रदेशासह घटक राज्यांच्या स्थापने संबंधी अथवा त्यातील बदलासंबंधी तरतुदी प्रदान करते. / Article 3 of the Indian Constitution provides for the formation of or changes in the existing States including Union territories.
